Weather is a problem that is international and requires a international body.. and can be used for sabotage and nobody would ever know.

Hard to tell is this short clip but still when combined with all other supressed data it looks suspect at the very least.

Think ELF,ULF, EMF..frequencies..spraying of the skies and how it plays into this. Dude is annoying though.
